What does the ATS score measure?

The free Résumé Quality score measures evidence and impact, clarity, career completeness, professional positioning, and observable ATS structure. Role Match is a separate job-specific score that evaluates supported requirements, relevant evidence, terminology, role positioning, and screening gates.

Do I need a job description or LinkedIn profile?

No. Upload a PDF, DOC, or DOCX résumé. That is the only input required for this general ATS readiness check.

Is the résumé checker free?

Can this reproduce an employer's ATS?
